Silicon carbide head is made of direct iso-static pressure and pressures-free sintering, and it is matched with the silicon carbide block hole to form the silicon carbide block hole heat exchanger. The inlet and outlet size and sealing method can be designed according to the design requirements.

SiC heads are factory tested for size, water pressure resistance (40BAR), air pressure resistance (15BAR) and surface fluorescence penetration.
